Returns

Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. Please note, the cup must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene First: Since these cups are all about personal enjoyment, we can’t accept returns for any items that have been used, even just once. We hope you understand—it’s all about ensuring every customer receives a fresh, untouched piece of Cuppashanti.
- Return Shipping: For standard returns, customers cover return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, that’s on us!
Exchanges

Need a Different Design? We’re happy to help with exchanges within 7 days too. Just make sure the cup is in perfect, unused condition—no coffee, no tea, no fingerprints.
- Shipping for Exchanges: Customers cover exchange shipping unless there’s a defect or we made a mistake. Simply reach out, and we’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want your Cuppashanti experience to be flawless from the start! Here’s what to do if you notice any issues:- Check it Out on Arrival: Once your Cuppashanti package arrives, give it a quick look. If anything seems damaged, let us know within 48 hours.
- Snap a Pic: Send us a photo of the issue at siptheculture@cuppashanti.com—this helps us resolve things faster.
- We’ll Sort It Out: If it’s a defect or damage from delivery, we’ll send a replacement on the house, including return shipping if needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, we can’t accept returns for used items—this includes cups that have been filled, washed, or even displayed out of the packaging. Additionally, any personalised or final sale items are non-returnable. If your item isn’t in pristine condition, we’ll have to decline the return request.
